Payment Information

When you make a payment to DubHaus your credit card information, debit card information, billing information, and any other financial information necessary to complete your payment (“Payment Information”) is processed. 

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). When you use these methods to make a payment, the third-party payment processor we work with (Stripe) processes the Payment Information, and we do not collect, store, or process your Payment Information. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

Cookies and Usage Data

If you choose to purchase a subscription, or make any other purchase through the Service, your payment information such as your credit card, debit, charge card number, as may be accepted on the Service in our sole and absolute discretion; Any other Personal Data that you voluntarily choose to submit to us.

We may use your Personal Data to contact you with marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email we send.

We may share any information we receive with our affiliates for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy including analytics and identifying patterns.

Others Use of Your Data

As part of our Service, you may choose to divulge and share Personal Data with others who also use our Service. We are not responsible for the actions of other users of our Service, and what they may do with Personal Data you share publicly on our Service with any other user without limitation to our website, Slack, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. For greater certainty, we are not liable for any potential misuse or harm that may arise from others using your Personal Data which you have shared.

Disclosure of Data

Disclosure for Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, DubHaus may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Marketing 

You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us. We do not rent, sell, or share information about you with non affiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes unless we have your permission.

Do Not Track

Do Not Track signals do not have a response in regard to an accepted standard, and we do not respond to said signals. If you choose not to provide us with the information we collect, some features of the Services may not work as intended.
